If you know how to knit, purl, k2tog and p2tog, and knit in the round – you can make this twisty cap. I used circular needles for the majority, then switched to DPNs for the decreases.

break yarn thread through loops, pull tight.
weave in ends.
I’m sorry I don’t have a pattern…I knit a swatch, measured head, figured out stitches/inch, then cast on. For decreases I just take the number of stitches, let’s say 100 sts…and I find a number that can be divided equally…So 10 goes into 100 evenly.
10-2 = 8
So I did K8, K2tog all the way around. knit 1 row.
K7, K2TOG all the way around, then knit 1 row.
This is chemo hat made for a friend.
This was made for a friend who was recently diagnosed with cancer and is in treatment. ♥
The pattern is called Diamond Lace Hat. I used a very soft yarn.
